We did not make a specific menu for April and May as the dishes varied and folks wanted customized menus.  We are starting to get some folks on yelp post reviews.  I will put a link to meeyums kitchen on yelp soon. Here is a customer review I got via email:

My husband’s Surprise 60^th Birthday Party was recently catered by Meeyum’s Kitchen. The crowd couldn’t stop raving about the fabulous Greek appetizers. Everything was homemade and fresh from the sauces to the sausage. Our menu consisted of a Veggie Platter, Spinach Pies, Chicken Pies, Polenta Rounds, Pita & Lamb Sausage with cucumber yogurt relish, Hummus, Olive Tapenade, Pita Chips and Passion Fruit Tea. Miriam takes pride in her tasty dishes as well as her tasteful table presentations. I look forward to using Meeyum’s Kitchen in the future. Hope you will too.

We did an event for 130 in Waco, Texas in May!  The event was a success.

In June we did several graduation parties and a baptisms.

July is heating up with an event booked for the third and fourth and more to come!

We have booked events as far out as December (Christmas Eve and Christmas day) again this year 2010.
